[OOS Now] 360s in STOCK!!! Kmart.com

Just ordered a core. Hopefully they're still going for above-market when/if I receive it and I can use it to subsidize my premium purchase. THANKS.
 
Cores were in stock, but I sat on the billing page for about 30 minutes deciding (I have a premium, I'm was just thinking about eBay), and then refreshed the main page - Cores are OOS again.
 
Update!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Called customer service and any orders between midnight and about 7 am central will be honored and shipped out tuesday or wednesday. They cancelled too many orders on the 23rd supposedly. I dunno what to do i really don't want one, I kind of got caught up in the hunt. I wouldn't feel comfortable selling such a high item on ebay due to charge backs. How low would this go if I did money order only.
 
Are these going to ship...Or get cancelled...I can't tell if this is a mistake or not...I will post if I get a confirmation email
 
If you ordered between midnight or 7 am central you will be getting one from the shipment they are supposed to get monday and will ship out tuesday or wednesday
 
While that is cool it pisses me off because I ordered a premium yesterday and they cancled it. Now I am going to get a core. It's better then nothing though.

I don't think only asking for a money order is going to make the price go down any, not at this time of year and with this kind of demand.

I don't know why you don't feel comfortable with it - just make sure you get insurance on it and it should be just fine. ^_^
 
Man that's crap.. they cancelled mine yesterday. I guess the only good thing I can think of is maybe theres a reason I haven't been able to get one yet. I have heard of the systems being faulty (some of them), so maybe by the time I pick one up all the bugs will be ironed out.

I was just about to post the exact same thing that you posted, word for word... Sorry to all you other Platinum buyers who got cancelled and screwed out of a system. Unless you ordered multiple systems in a plot to hoard them.

Yes, they did, but I'm sure in a few days it'll clear up. I'm pretty pissed that I ordered one when they first came in stock, then they cancelled it, and then they got them back in stock. Oh well, I'll get one eventually.
 
my brother ordered one today as well and he called kmart.com a few hours ago. The representative said that about 500 people ordered a system the day before, that would include all of you who have had their orders cancelled yesterday. So the rep said that the systems were expected in on Monday and he also said that my brother might not even get one because kmart.com was going to get in touch with the people who have had their orders cancelled to see if they still wanted a system. Don't be mad yet. If you had your order cancelled call kmart at
1-866-562-7848 and see what they plan on doing for you.

Sounds like a mess, I'm not going to get my hopes up on this until I see the status changed to shipped
 
Just a quick update that goes also with serum79's reply. Just spoke to a very nice representative and she told me that their next supply should be comming in on monday and those who ordered on 11/22 will be called first and asked if they would still like their xbox 360s. The next people who will be called or emailed are those who ordered on 11/23 and asked if they would still want theirs. The final people are those who ordered today on 11/24. For me, I ordered on 11/23. Basically kmart is saying that if they recieve 150 xbox 360s and 50 people who ordered on 11/22 want theirs then all 50 will recieve theirs first, then if 100 people on 11/23 want theirs then they will recieve theirs next. Whatever is left for 11/24 people then thats what they will get. First come, first served from what I have been told. Good luck and lets hope all those who ordered on 11/22 leave some for the rest of us :) Good luck fellas

Well i just tried again and now they are showing as out of stock when you make it to checkout, before it was working at least this far for me I didn't order one. My friends who camped out with me and struck out got their order to go all the way through they said so hopefully they will get one I posted here right after they went online.

Anybody who wants an Xbox 360 shipped and was one of the people who ordered on today, I advise you to call and if they give you what they said ^ up there, then complain and you'll be guarunteed one. Good luck to everyone else

Thanks, i am gonna call them tommorow. What a mess, they realy need to get there act together.
 
Hopefully at the very least K-Mart doesn't cancel the orders that were made today. What a mess indeed. Hopefully at the very least i'll be on back order and get the system before Xmas. Now if only I can find a hard drive once I grab the core...

Well Ive been screwed out of one twice. I had my first order on the 22nd canceled about 2 hrs after ordering and about 24 hours after I placed my 2nd order it too was cancelled. Damn Kmart!
 
I just called Kmart to see what they would tell me and the CSR told me they cancled and won't be getting any in until the first of the new year.

So it really seems like Kmart does not have there act together.
I bet if I call again I will hear something else.
I called about the Premium I ordered on 11/23.
 
Not about this fuck up but about the Battlefront II fuck up . . . one store in town honored the ad and other wouldn't match the Kmart that is 8 miles away . . . sheesh get your head out of your ass
 
Haven't received my cancel yet...but I went to check on my order status and they are saying my E-mail address is not registered...yet they sent the order receipt the second I ordered. Hmmm....

Oh well. I had a 2 day excitement for a 360.
 
mine hasn't cancelled but nothing shows up in order history. A csr said it wa sin process and would ship in a few days but I dunno.
 
Man im going to be bummed if I cant get a 360 this year without paying the outrageous ebay prices.

Status changed to Order Received, In Progress earlier this morning as opposed to nothing. Ordered yesterday morning myself (Core System). Hopefully I get the cancelation and/or shipment message later today so I know whats going on, although dont think they'll mention it on the weekend.
 
Anyone who had their order canceled in the past day or two get charged? My bank called me tonight to verify all the purchases I have been making were indeed made by me, and they had one for $440.xx from Kmart.com, AND she said they had tried to charge once and then didn't. I sent them an email and plan on calling them tomorrow or Monday regarding it, but seems odd when they specifically said in the cancelation email YOUR CARD HAS NOT BEEN CHARGED. Heh. =P
 
I got an order in on Thursday afternoon for a core system. They haven't cancelled it yet. (It also says Order Received, In Progress in the order tracking.)

I also checked my credit card statements online, and noticed that there was a "Kmart.com Troy" charged to my account since that Thursday, for the total price of the xbox360 order.

According to the website, they do not charge credit cards until they actually ship the items.

But here's hoping that they send mine on Monday. I'll keep this up to date.

I placed 2 orders. Both where canceled but my Core order shows canceled.
The Premium show backordered. Real batty.
