They have an excellent return policy, even on open boxed items. Most items carry 14 day and they will pay for return shipping. You have to drop it off at UPS.
 
everytime im tempted to buy a second controller, im reminded at how few games there actually are on the 360 with local multiplayer :(

They are pretty good on returns. I bought two used white Xbox 360 controllers and one was completely broken - the right analog stick was completely loose - and they refunded with no problem.
