I am thinking about getting a F10 from Ritz Camera for $310. Surprisingly, their F20 costs only $40 more. I was wondering if all the models come with a cradle to charge the player. And does anyone know how reliable is Ritz Camera? Their lifetime rating is a 6 on Resellerratings. But I don't think they can really screw up an order which only consists of a new sealed item.
