Original PS3 20gb hard drive model

I am looking to obtain an original 20gb hard drive used in the PS3 20gb model.

The reason? I've since upgraded my old PS3 with a larger hard drive, but now it has died. They are offering an upgrade to a 160gb slim, but ONLY if it has the original 20gb hard drive. I sat there one day and consciously thought "nah, I'll never need this."

And here we are.

If anyone has any information or specifics on what the original 20gb hard drive was, I'd be much appreciative. I believe it was a Seagate, but actual model escapes me.
