I'm looking for some new first party Controller S's. I have 2 but one one the cable broke(from the little flexy thing so it probably isn't fixable) and the other has problems registering right on the left thumbstick. So i need new ones. Anyone know where I can get them cheap? And does anyone know how much they are at Circuit City? I saw a couple there last time I visited.
 
I went through this about a year ago. I searched virtually every retailer in a 30 mile radius and came up with nothing.

If you are extremely lucky, you might find one at Sears or Kmart for cheap. I found 2 at Sears that were stashed in a back room.

The likelihood of finding a new one cheap is not probable. If CCity still has them, I say just buy them even if they are retail ($20-30).
 
At Sears they were really cheap...I think they were under $5. But they are probably long gone from most Sears now.
 
Kmart was the only place I picked up any new/sealed Controller S's in the last year, and that was numerous months ago. They were $15-20, if I remember right, but I'm sure they've been flushed out of the Kmart system a while back.

Might be worth a look, if you can find an out-of-the-way store.
 
If you don't mind used ones, I have 1-2 I can sell. They're in good condition. If you definitely want new controllers, then no problem, though I haven't seen them around :(
 
yea you might have to drop your standards a little and just get used ones. I know i got mine cheap at GS/EB when i got my xbox used and they were in perfect condition. plust theres usually so many that you can just pick and choose out of what they have.
 
Yeah, I was looking for some new ones myself. I have a couple somewhere, but they are in boxes that I probably will never find. I am using my broken one that I taped up all over so if anyone has some new ones or any tips on where to search, that would be really helpful.
