Original xbox live work on 360?

Today I bought 2 12 month xbox live codes from gamecrazy for $13.50 each.

They are for the original xbox, but I want to know if anyone knew for sure if they work on the 360 before I open them.

Yep, its the same LIVE service on both consoles. One subscription.

Though original xbox service for LIVE was discontinued it doesn't affect the actual subscriptions.
