I figured they were somewhat interchangable. I

Another SAT Practice test tomorrow morning. It's going to be my last one before the actual thing on May 5th (and another on June 2nd).

Yeah, Live. What does it say when you block communications?
Saw Hot Fuzz tonight. It was good. That is all. End communication.
fuck you, I wanna see that.

Maybe tomorrow. But damn, I hate seeing movies by myself.

Full on practice tests are overrated - just focus on your weak spots and you'll do fine. For me, that was geometry (I took that freshman year and had already forgotten some of the tricks I needed to get through the section); I spent time reviewing that, and kicked the ass of both the ACT and SAT.

Unfortunately, it turns out I wasn't smart enough to pick a college that gives you buckets of money for great test scores. #-o

And on a completely unrelated subject, watching a class of 150+ people fail a final exam simultaneously is sort of entertaining, provided you forget you're doing the same thing with them. It's a bad sign when you look up with half an hour in and see people staring into space, rubbing their eyes, or with their heads down on their desks. It's a worse one when the GSI tells you you've got an hour left and people start laughing.

Here's hoping the curve saves us all once again. ;)
Warrior Within is crap for the most part...
What can I say? Misery loves herself some company. She's just very honest about it.
Fair enough. Here's hoping the honesty pays off for you in the end. :)

It looks like three days of exams and moving out of my dorm room (for the last time, thankfully) have taken their toll - I'm exhausted, despite the fact that my usual 2AM/3AM bedtime is still hours ahead of me. Time to call it a night and unpack in the morning, I guess.

After that, the real question comes up: what GameCube game do I start tomorrow night? I'm thinking Paper Mario sounds like a good choice, though Geist, Fire Emblem, and either one of the Zelda titles are on the table as well. Realizing I have a backlog like that reminds me of why I love this site. :D

i had to physically restrain my boyfriend from wielding his tire iron in the parking lot at you that day. ahhh, memories.
Wind Waker, on the other hand, is my official Best. Game. Ever. Loved the fighting, loved the graphics, loved the sailing, loved the dungeons, didn't mind the length, didn't mind the difficulty, and didn't mind the cheap-game-extending "shard hunt".
masochist.

graphics were good. fighting was good. final two dungeons were great, but I must ask... what difficulty is it of which you speak? this game was like the FFMQ of the series.

Oh.

If you were a good girlfriend you would have bought him an axe or something. ;)

Figures. I finally find out the Tool tickets go on sale tomorrow and I talk to my friend who wanted to go and now she says she can't fucking go. So now I guess no going to see Tool for me since I don't wanna go alone.

1. i didnt have the money to bail his ass out of jail
2. i didnt feel like cleaning blood out of my clothes/hair
3. he had a tire iron in the trunk. why waste money on an axe when you can spend it on other things, like games?

Okay, I blame this on us just having such a rough week and having had little sleep, but Pixie and I were just watching TV and we saw that stupid Fruity Pebbles commercial where it's like an American Idol rip-off, and I noticed an odd bit when Pebbles is performing.

Right when she says "I wanna eat fruity pebbles" she does a "floor point" with her hand in front of her crotch. I was amused by this and rewound the commercial for Pixie and paused it. I hit the wrong button and started playing the commercial in slow motion. Pix and I had a good laugh at a lot of phallic symbolism.

But then we saw something that was just too funny. A lot of the cereal floating around in the background makes some great out-of-context imagery, but this bit with Barney was too much.

Look at the blue bits right in front of Barney's face:

I'm usually the one that sees weird shit in commercials, but Pix pointed this one out and I couldn't disagree. Here is a close-uo:

Looks like something from a X-men starring Nightcrawler fan-fic.

The allignment of the "cereal" and the look on Barney's face is just too priceless:

I freaking win! I got 380 peeps for free. That's 76 boxes for those who need the math :O.

Potato Cannon + Peeps = Most awesome 4th of July ever :D.
How are you storing said peeps.
Haven't decided yet. Their broken up into 3 cases and a few loose ones. What's the shelf life on peeps staying fresh?

They will proly go hard in a month or so.

Alright...time for sleep I guess. I kinda want to play a couple more rounds of Table Tennis before bed though......I unlocked quite a few achievements today in various games that I have.

I only need a few more offline achievements before I only have point related online ones.

Question is...whats game should I buy next? Viva Pinta (sp) just dropped price and everyone loves...maybe i will give it a shot.

Goodnight bitches.
They will proly go hard in a month or so.
Mmm, similar to me.

*god bless Bikini season*

I think i'm just going to plastic wrap the peeps and hope they last untul the 4th.

Note to all the OTTers out there: if you're up at 1 AM doing homework for a thermodynamics class, the solution is infinitely simpler than what you're probably doing...

The solution is easier than drinking?

Is CAG acting crazy for anyone else? My margins keep on getting messed up and weird characters are all over the place. It only happens here.
I'd just like to make clear: playing Warrior Within is worth it. Without that game, Two Thrones doesn't make much sense - and Two Thrones is more than good enough to make up for Warrior Within.

So...they're basically all good choices save for Geist? That's good to hear. :)

As XchikaXchikaX reminded me, though, I need to pick up the RE games for the Cube at some point since I've never played any of them. I'm pretty sure one of the Meijers in my area has RE4 and either RE or RE0 new for $20 still, so I'll have to check that out.

That one looks intentional to me, though it's possible the internet has warmped my mind and ruined my virgin eyes. Still, I'd have never thought Barney swung that way - heck, he had Betty...

True that. You've still got homework left? I'm not sure what schedule your college runs on, but a lot of the ones in Michigan are done for the year already.

What up kids.

I have to start this stupid fucking project today thats due monday. Thankfully all I have to do is find ou the altitude of the moon for every night for two weeks. Still a waste of my time though. I'm starting to get pissed off that I'm going to end up with a B with my 96 Test average because I didn't cut out a bunch of newspaper articles like everyone else.

I'm also doing a big paper that's due Monday...but I feel like I can get it done quickly if I don't fart around...which is what I'm doing now, of course.
