What Kubrick Blu-Rays did you buy, Demo Mang?
Demo mang has an HD player. He ain't chroo enough for that blu ray shit.

Nah, I don't want anyone I know to see me.

I'm pretty famous at the BB parking lot.
Why don't you just settle for nuttin' in her mouth?
That could happen to.

I'm in no way trying to make this happen. I'm just going with the flow. This girl was telling me about how she wanted to fuck me in high school and wants to know if I want to hang out tomorrow. I've spoken less than a sentence to this broad, but she knows my birthday...

I should take Demo Mang's Kubrick HD DVDs and hide them on top of the fridge.

Then again, Graystone would just lift the fridge for him.

Dallow got some of them I believe. You could ask him what he thinks of them. I know 2001 has a really really good transfer.

I wonder why they chose to release Eyes Wide Shut, instead of - say - Barry Lyndon or Lolita.

I have all of Kubrick's shit, except for Eyes Wide Shut and Lolita.

They really should have put Barry Lyndon on Blu-Ray, though. That shit is a visual masterpiece.

Shake them DVDs off the fridge like fruits off the tree.

They have a symbiotic relationship, like the Geefle and the Gonk.

2001 beautifully and flawlessly displays the difference between written word and visual story telling.

I can't hear the word nectarine without thinking about this skit.

Or saying, "Gonk" continuiously, cutting the person off as they talk, until I feel the point has been made.

I posted this in another thread, but watch the second the trailer:

I might try to buy that on DVD again, to own as a relic.

$350 OTD is a great price for any modern laptop but it's a Celeron, you can get a Core(2?)Duo at Best Buy this week for like $100 more and you don't have to deal with that shit. fuck, you'll probably be able to do in-store pickup on a better deal at Best Buy on BF in your underwear.
 @ that surf nazi shit.
It's sad, because the trailer is waaaaaaaaay better than the film, itself.

That trailer made it look like five dollar signs.

ABC ran It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown tonight and PBS ran a full length(maybe a little less) documentary on Schulz yesterday. That was some good watchin'.
Brak got his 360 back?
I didn't.

Why do you ask?
ABC ran It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown tonight and PBS ran a full length(maybe a little less) documentary on Schulz yesterday. That was some good watchin'.
Damn. Schulz is one of my favorite artists.
You were on XBL 44 minutes ago.
I was on Xbox.com. ;)
Damn. Schulz is one of my favorite artists.
Yah, sounded like he had terrible personal relationships, felt sorry for the guy. They interviewed him a couple years back before he passed and he was all choked up talkin' about how Charlie Brown never got to kick the football. I almost wanted to cry like a :TFN:.
Hey Liquid, how goes the college crap?
It's going okay. Gonna make some biscotti to give some encouragement bribe the teachers I have writing my recommendations.
It would've been better if it was Bel-air, but still mega-fail.

To anyone who has GHIII with the new wireless controller, do you find that there's lag? I'm worried about lag with the wireless controller that I won't be used to since I've been using wired.
It feels a teeny weeny bit different. Well, on 360 anyway. I'm not sure if it's lag or the fact that it's just a different game.

fuck me, I just replied to an old ass post.
How good could an old movie look, though?
About 99% of movies were shot on film.

Film has a much, much, MUCH higher resolution than 1080p.

If every studio took their time, they'd all look as nice as 2001, a movie that is 40 years old.
They just have to care enough.
Man they really ruined the opening scene in SOTN in the PSP version.
Wow.

They really fucked that up.

LA fire started by boy with matches

1 hour, 14 minutes ago

SANTA CLARITA, Calif. - A boy playing with matches started a fire in north Los Angeles County that consumed more than 38,000 acres and destroyed 21 homes last week, authorities said Tuesday.
http://us.bc.yahoo.com/b?P=NA9wokWT...65.11411868.12092338.1414694/D=LREC/B=4963837
The boy, whose name and age were not released, was interviewed a day after the Buckweed Fire was sparked Oct. 21, said sheriff's Sgt. Diane Hecht.

"He admitted to playing with matches and accidentally starting the fire," said Hecht said in a statement.
The boy was released to his parents, and the case will be be presented to the district attorney's office, Hecht said.
The 60-square-mile fire began in an area near Agua Dulce and quickly spread by fierce desert winds. It was among more than a dozen major wildfires that killed 14 people and blackened 809 square miles from Los Angeles to the Mexican border.
Authorities arrested five people for arson during that period, but none have been linked to any of the major blazes.

That kid needs to be removed from the gene pool before he has a chance to breed.

Also, the best thing about re-taking classes is that the work is already done.
