Outlook Spam Help

Tennisjon2002

CAGiversary!
My mom uses outlook for her email. She doesn't really use it much and only checks her email like once a week. For the last year or so she would get less than one thing of spam a day and they were usually cable filters etc. In the last few days she has been getting lots of porn stuff. I use Yahoo and am not really good with outlook so is there any easy way to stop this spam, Like any good cheap/free spam filters that work well or is there another email program that my mom sould use that would allow her to keep the same isp email? BTW my isp is Road Runner.
Thanks

Does she use Outlook or Outlook Express? The differences are few, but there are some.

In Outlook Express you can create "message rules" that will allow you to create your own filters. With the constantly changing emails that might not work that well...but it's a start.

She uses outlook and the spam is all from constantly changing addresses. In outlook I have added all the addresses from the spam to the junk senders list, but it doesn't help much cause they are always changing. As I said I am willing to change programs as long as it is easy to setup.
