Overstock $40 off $350 deal.

CAGiversary!
Starting tomorrow at Overstock.com this link will be $40 off $350. It's not too bad if you're about to buy a 360 system, lots of games, or a P3 with water cooling. (Is that necessary for the P3?) Personally I wanted to get a $499 bare bones P3 but they don't have any.

Not sure if anyone mentioned the $25 off $200 if it's any help. I didn't see any recent posts on that.

nice coupon. All I see is a refurb 360 and an expensive 360 bundle. And is the ps3 bundle really water-cooled - I didn't notice that...

Purchases of gift cards and products from the "Books, Music, Movies & Games", "Auctions" , "Overstock Cars" and "Travel" categories are not included when calculating discount amount.
Tried this a while ago, video games not included. Overstock you have to read the fine print at the bottom of the page.

Also it should be noted that Overstock hasn't adjusted their 360 hardware prices for the price drop.

The only xbox 360 consoles they're selling are either a refurbished 20gb version, which is $309 (same price it was a couple weeks ago before the price drop), or their "ultimate" bundle which is $476, also (obviously) not adjusted for the price drop.

Overstock is a great site for certain items (home items, hardware, sometimes they beat Amazon and Deep Discount on DVDs too) but they lag behind when it comes to keeping up with gaming prices, both hardware and software.

Yea, I also tried this a while ago, and it really looks like ALL video game items are excluded now-- software and hardware that is. When I tried adding other non-entertainment software(chairs, pillows, pens, etc) any discount would only apply to them, like the 10% off ones.

That sucks. I also used the coupon last year to get my 360. I was hoping they had a P3 I could use it for.
