Ill try to make this as easy to read as possible and Im sure theres gonna be some off tangent shit goings on.
I ordered the xbox 360 plat and a 2yr warranty with the % off coupon on nov 19. They printed the label on the 21st, shipped out on the 22nd.
Ill admit now I was extremely impatient but the more I talked to them the worse it go.
Most people have reported getting them within a few days. Being that I ordered mine and it was shipped just before thanksgiving. Without being able to remember specific dates this is a rough timeline-esque break down. The calls started a week after it was shipped mind you.
I call to ask about the tracking number because its not showing it moving etc etc. I was told because of the pre-printed label etc, it wont show anything till it hits a major hub station or something to that effect. I asked how it was shipped and where it was shipped from. I was told parcel post out of Utah. They said they would start a trace etc etc and see what can be done.

On the 22nd of nov, I ordered NFS:Carbon special ed from amazon. It was shipped media mail that same day. It arrived just little over a week from florida.
After getting the game media mailed from fla before the parcel post xbox from utah, I called back a few days later. I asked again whats going on etc etc. No trace was ever started, they would start it again for me. This same person told me it shipped media mail, not parcel after I explained my displeasure for media mail from fla beating parcel post from utah.
Come dec 5th, I was told still no trace was started etc etc. I told them I needed it for a x-mas gift. Yeah, it was a lie but I wantd to put a fire under their ass. After a few min convo etc etc, I was told they have to do a trace before sending out a replacement. I told them that wasnt good enough. Ive been told twice before a trace was gonna be done. If they had done one when they said they would, it would have been time for sending a replacement. I told them I needed it as a gift and can they at least upgrade the shipping for my troubles. The end of the convo ended with the lady telling me she spoke to a supervisor of sorts and was able to override the trace and get the replacement on order. It was to be shipped 2 day ground and should get it by the end of the week.
On dec 8th, I call back asking for an update. The person at first said that there was no replacement sent etc etc because the trace hadnt gone through. So I got a bit pissed and told them I was told it would be shipped out on the 6th, 2 day ground. After lookign around they confirmed a replacement was shipped and gave me a tracking number. I took that tracking number and look at UPS site. It ended up being a invalid tracking number. So I used their online chat help and asked them why the tracking number was no good. I was then told again there had been no replacement sent and that they would start a trace, ON THE ORIGINAL ORDER. After some bs chat, I said
it, I want my money back. They said they couldnt give me a refund until 4 days after the trace was started if they couldnt locate it.
I disconnected and called. Person I got said the same that there was no replacement order and I asked why was I given a tracking number for a ups 2 day ground shipping for a replacement that you say doesnt exist. After a little longer chat it turned out to be a fed ex ground shipping. It was shipped on the 6th, went from georgia to akron ohio on the 7th and thats were it was sitting. I was semi happy and said I can wait a few more days.
Dec 11th, I get online, track the package for the fed ex stuff etc etc. As of 1:19am, what was suppose to be my xbox 360 package went from ohio to virginia and was on a truck to be delivered today.
I immediately get off and call overstock. I was told today that there was no replacement sent, nothing was mentioned of a trace, and blah blah. They said my account showed awaiting a refund. When I asked why, they said I had an online chat and said I wanted a refund. I asked why was I told all of this if my account said I wanted a refund..I hung up after that. I dont know when Ill get a refund but Ill never touch overstock.com again.
