Kinda. It's PF Chang's fast food. It's in the style of newer fast food restaurants where you order at the front register then go sit down and they bring your food to your table.

yeah, PeiWei is just P.F. Chang's food for cheaper. You aren't paying extra for the service/atmosphere. It's owned by P.F. Chang's, so it's legitimately the same food. On the door it says "A P.F. Chang's Bistro"
