Painkiller: Original game for cheap?

This games been out forever and is still $30, whats up with that? it started out at like $35 at every store, and its only dropped a couple of bucks? In my eyes its only worth $20, but every stupid store has it for $30,.

I just found it recently for $19.99 on BestBuy.....but they charge shipping and tax.
