Looking for this game for cheap used or new. I know Gamestop has it used for 24.99, but I'm looking for it for $20 or less preferably. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

$19.99 everywhere? Hardly! Most of the bigger retail stores don't even carry this and never did. Gamestop still charges $29.99 for it new and look at how the price has shot up on Amazon:

The only place I know it is $19.99 is Best Buy. You can use the store locator to see if a local store has a copy, or get it shipped for around $24:
