How it Works: If at the end of regulation play of the Super Bowl XLV football game the score is tied and the game goes into Overtime play, all registered customers in the Sweepstakes are eligible to receive a free large up to three toppings pizza in the form of a deposit of 25 My Papa Points into their respective Rewards Program accounts (ARV: $10.00). Customers must be registered for Rewards Program no later than 11:59:59 PT on February 5, 2011. Entrants can win the prize only one time; Sponsor’s determination to award the prize is the final and binding decision. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of registrations by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Valid to residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia)

"Customers who are already registered in the Rewards Program are automatically entered and do not need to re-register to participate in the Sweepstakes."

Awesome!

Thanks OP! Signed up. Now I hope the game will go to OT. I actually have a vest interest and reason to watch the game tomorrow. I wish I was back home in Vegas to see what the bookies have for the game going to OT.
