Paris Hilton going to jail- weaseled out, then brought back!! Haha!!

Oh man, where does she get off being upset after being jerked around with the prospect of serving an alternate sentence away from jail, then being ordered to go right back? LOL, totally!

Talk about comeuppance. The machine has been raged, guys! RAGED!

:whistle2:?

On a note other than the retarded "LOL IT'S PARIS HILTON SO LET HER FRY HYUK HYUK" stuff, it's a shame this whole thing was handled this way. Personally, I didn't care how she served her sentence - either one would have been a major inconvienence compared to her usual lifestyle, so hey, as long as she serves her time, then make it happen...but her being allowed to be reassigned in the first place should have never taken place if there was a hint of doubt about it being reversed. That's the real 'injustice' here, to jerk someone around. Just awful management of the situation.

Quite true. They are dragging this bitch through the dirt. I wonder if she'll get time credited for her time that she was out of jail.

This is just simply amazing...loving this, great pics too Zen!

And to think I just saw them talking about her going home on Access Hollywood. The press are going to have a field day with this.
I wish I worked at that jail so that I could put up a huge, "Welcome Back!" banner for her. :)
Haha! Yeah, all the inmates should stand up and applaud when she walks through the front doors.
That picture is going down in internet history.
It went down in internet history 45 seconds after it was taken.
Quite true. They are dragging this bitch through the dirt. I wonder if she'll get time credited for her time that she was out of jail.
Supposedly this is correct, she'll only be in jail for another 40 days.

We need to get this judges contact so we can write letters or something.
We need to get this judges contact so we can write letters or something.
What he said.
“It’s not right!” shouted the weeping Hilton, who violated her parole in a reckless driving case. “Mom!” she called out to her mother in the audience.
what a fucking baby, 26 and crying for your mom. sad.

I wonder how composed anyone laughing at Paris would be, if they were going to jail.

Anyway, I'm glad to see that our court and prison system operate so efficiently. I certainly hope the Judge sent a SWAT team and the National Guard to pick this dangerous felon up.

One day down! Leave at 10am on Thursday? That seems like a good day of work as well.

Now they just need to throw her in prison with all the other inmates, instead of her getting special treatment.
No, they don't. She shouldn't suffer an additional punishment (living among the general population being the most massive target in that building) just because she's Paris Hilton.

She'll serve the total of 45 days, she'll be in custody. That's the sentence, not guaranteed brutality for a reason having NOTHING to do with her crime...we're not talking about a child rapist here.

As much as some people would like to equate "like totally being that chick who shouldn't be a celebrity yet I follow her life like a hawk" with forcing sodomy on a minor, thankfully the justice system is a bit more reasonable. :)
I wonder how composed anyone laughing at Paris would be, if they were going to jail.
Stiff upper lip, bro. No emotions at all. "Back to jail after being told I could accept an alternate sentence? *Puffs cigarette.* Awesome." You know how we roll...stronger than the av-er-age heiress in every way. Apparently.
I wonder how composed anyone laughing at Paris would be, if they were going to jail.
I wouldn't scream and fucking yell for my mom like an 8 year old.

Anyway, I'm glad to see that our court and prison system operate so efficiently. I certainly hope the Judge sent a SWAT team and the National Guard to pick this dangerous felon up.
Go play with your EZ Bake oven and look at your Teen Beat Magazines, praying for the safe return of your idol.

And don't worry - no way she serves the full sentence. They'll figure out another reason/excuse to get her out of there.

She's already getting special tratement BECAUSE she's Paris Hilton - anyone else would be thrown in there with the other inmates, they wouldn't get this kind of treatment in jail.

If I went out and did the exact same things she did, I would be thrown in prison with the general populace and I sure as hell wouldn't have been able to get out and serve my sentence on house arrest.

I certainly wouldn't get my own cell, get my meals in my cell, and be secluded from all the other inmates. The fact she is Paris Hilton is already affording her special rights. The fact she almost got away with a DUI on a SUSPENDED license is a travesty - many people go to jail for JUST a DUI, but she's driving around drunk when she shouldn't even had been driving.

How would you defend your idol if she ended up hitting and killing someone? I'm sure you'd have some sort of excuse over why Paris would be a "victim". This will serve as a reality check that she should have gotten long ago.

The sad thing? She gets a ghost writer and a multi-million dollar book deal out of this 'life-altering' 'ordeal'.

Nevertheless, knowing that she was that traumatized makes my weekend start off a little better.

People sniveling over the treatment Paris is getting? You've got to be shitting me, CAG.

How the fuck is going to where everyone else who isn't rich and pretty go "additional punishment"??

She should be subject to the same beatdowns and ass rapings as anyone else who gets thrown in there. Not coddled in a special cell with maid service!

And here's the kicker - if she didn't want to go to jail, maybe she shouldn't have been a dumbass to begin with?

I don't want to go to jail, so you don't see me getting drunk and driving a car.

She only did this because she knew she could get away with it because she's so rich, and now that she *didn't* get away with it, well, you have this.

Even if she was let out with the plebs, I don't think anything bad would happen. She's got fans inside.

Nothing irks me more than when celebrities get away with breaking the law and making a mockery of it just because they're celebrities.

Sincerely,

"The Juice".

EDIT: So when does she get her mid-afternoon syndicated talk show and/or 'find spirituality' and 'reinvent' herself? Anyone? Wagers?

The Paris apologists are ridiculous. She gets a cell to herself. She has already served 5 'days'. She won't serve the full 40 remaining. I mean, come on. Just sleep all day or read or something. LoL....how hard could 20-25 days be?

Maybe they were cheering because it was finally demonstrated that celebrities are not above the law? I'm sure that for every fan she's got inside, there'll be a couple more who wouldn't mind getting a piece of that ass.

LMAO, so the only acceptable response is "LOL, Paris Hilton is really getting hers! Point and laugh, gang."

It's like posting in an interactive issue of Cracked magazine...a bad issue.

'Paris Hilton: where does she get off being on a pedestal, let's celebrate her being knocked down a peg!' Right next to the exposé on airline food being bad, 'Seriously, what's the deal with this stuff!'

If I went out and did the exact same things she did, I would be thrown in prison with the general populace and I sure as hell wouldn't have been able to get out and serve my sentence on house arrest.

I just don't get why it shouldn't. I just am not in a believer that every inmate deserves to be placed with every other inmate, and apparently I'm not alone. When you have an inmate who is, for a reason not at all relating to their crime, at a higher risk for a) possibly being harmed or b) having privacy violated or c) having other inmates PROFIT off of her presence, then you place those people somewhere else. Bottom line. Doesn't matter if it's Paris Hilton or George Bush...you use common sense, not some frat boy intrepretation of the law, "Give her what's coming to her, bro - a knuckle sandwich and a Stone Cold Stunner, like I'd get in the big house!"

How would you defend your idol if she ended up hitting and killing someone? I'm sure you'd have some sort of excuse over why Paris would be a "victim". This will serve as a reality check that she should have gotten long ago.
Any opinion I have of Paris Hilton is irrelevant here, first off. Don't put words in my mouth.

Second, she did not hit and kill someone. Last I heard, people do not get punished for murder when no murder occurs. She's being punished for her crimes. Find me evidence that she, in LA county, got off easy for violation of parole resulting from a DUI, and maybe we could discuss her possibly being let off easy...but from everything I've read, her sentence was pretty much by the book stuff.
but from everything I've read, her sentence was pretty much by the book stuff.
So why, then, are you crying like a bitch about it?

Hmmm.

Question: Could this all possibly be a publicity stunt at this point? I could see this see-sawing of her going in/out of prison and having lots of legal battles and screaming in the interim(s).

I mean it's entirely possible.

Still, happy she got tossed back in.

P.S. Ho ho, "in and out." I had to work that in somehow.

I see the angry villagers have arrived with their pitchforks and torches ablaze.

The whole case has been handled very poorly IMO. I think it shows the ineffectiveness and incompetence of the court system.

The judge is a bully playing for his 15 minutes on the Factor.

PS - it's funny that a guy with a toy robot avatar and handle is calling someone else immature.

PPS - a toy robot! *jumps out window*

I'm thrilled about this, though not because it's Paris Hilton. If any one of us was to be sentenced for a second offense DUI, I can almost guarantee we'd get a hell of a lot more time than the 45 days that she was given.

Wrong on both accounts. The case and sentencing were handled quickly and fairly, as best as I can judge, so that rules out the ineffective and incompetent remarks.

And the judge is far from a bully - he gave a sentence, and then the sheriff released her early for a bullshit reason and without following the protocols he should have, so he's completely in the right here.

I'm going to say no, because I have a feeling the sheriff's going to pay for it if he lets her out early again. Contempt of court charges, maybe?

A travesty of justice was comitted today, where a poor troubled woman was treated to the capricious whims of an unjust legal suste. Viva la Paris!

:p

I'm hoping that the comedy effect will overshadow the bad MSPaint skills:

You see, that is the guy from the infamous Elian Gonzalez photo...

Your Mom's is nuts. Just kidding, yelling at the television is an indulgence of mine at times but usually while viewing adult material.

Anyhow, the pics of Paris bawling her eyes out are beyond funny. I might go to hell or have a retarded baby for saying that but it's the truth.
They're interviewing the sheriff on live tv right now. My mom is yelling at the television for how stupid he is.
Ha! Me too. I was actually sympathizing with this guy until he got to the reason for releasing her. He said that they didn't know the medication she was taking......omfg! Are you fucking kidding me? I'm sure they let every prisoner go home, if they can't find out the medication they're taking.

if someone already suggestted this my apologies. but someoen should make some kind of animation with her running from jail then add in the scorpion from mortal combat " get over here"!!!!! and have the spear stick into her and then drag her back into jail. and add that pic of her crying to it lol. but as good as it is she is being sent back its sad all the important news thats getting ignored because of this.

lmao, but when she's running play the Lui Kang bicycle kick sound.

Anyway, this is annoying. I have a ton of gay friends on my myspace (like actually gay, not just calling them gay LOL) and I've read too many bulletins today "OMG POOR PARIS :("

...Seriously, why are these fags worshiping this asshole?!

What is it to worship?!?! She doesn't do anything!! siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh

Well fags and skanky girls are the only ones who are like OMG PARIS :(

Glad to see her dirty ass back in jail. NOT because "She's Paris Hilton", but because of her actions since ANYONE ELSE would have been locked away. Dirty ass bitch. ::confetti::

Well, that's not what I heard on several different newscasts.

I heard that the redeployment of prisoners is normal for our overcrowded jail system. And the sheriff typically handles the practical matter of meting out justice.

It's a big bitch hunt. But go ahead and keep high-fiving your buddies because she's such an ignorant promiscuous who got what was coming to her.

Making an example = inherently unjust.
