Picked up a mint halo xbox w/ all hookups and the controller along with the "not for resale" copy of halo and burnout 3 for an even $120.

You are on crack man. Finding a halo xbox at a pawn for 120 plus games is a great deal. Do you have any idea how hard it is to find a halo xbox?

Yeah, I agree. I found a Halo Xbox for $120 once, but just didn't have the cash to get it. It was gone the next day.
 
I'd be nervous to buy one for that much for fear it's crap out on me. But assuming it's in good shape that's an outstanding grab.

Personally I'd dump it on eBay before the Xbox 360 drops :)

am i on crack? or am i just luckier? i got a good condition suikoden II for free from a pawn shop with a buy a next gen game get a ps one game for free from the "bin"

guess what was in that bin.
 
I was trying to get one of these when they were first coming out but they were sold out by the time I got there. Nice find, OP.

That's an okay deal. I once found $20 on the ground for free.
 
Im not sure on any system at a pawn shop, might die any moment now.

But its a pretty good deal. However with xbox360 right around the corner....

Really? As far as we know the xbox 360 is not 100% backward compatible. There will still be a need to keep your xbox if the titles you want to continue to play aren't included in J's "the hottest xbox titles will be playable on the 360" comment.

For what you'd get for the Halo Xbox you could buy a brand new Xbox and have half of the 360 paid off already.

I'd get rid of it if I were him.

awesome find! i own the halo l.e. xbox, and i think it looks so much better than the normal black style. don't listen to these other goons on here; keep it and everytime you play a game on it say to yourself, "my xbox is the balls".
 
Works 100%, I played a lot of episode iii today, I'm thinking about dumping the controller on ebay and keeping the xbox (some of the halo controllers have been going for $60+ on ebay)
