There are several that are by a company named "Pacific WebWorks" (sometimes it just says Webworks on the site when you click on it). They are the eBay made easy, yahoo profits, and stuff like that. The only hitch with those is that they require a separate credit card for each one, so do as many of those as you can.

I think there is a Netflix, Blockbuster, or GameFly offer too, those are easy and mostly trials. FreeCreditReport.com is on there if you have never signed up for it before, and it credits pretty quickly.
 
I've heard of people using them, but I'm not 100% sure if you can now, the best way to find out is to try I would think. If you can use it, I doubt you'd be able to use it for more than one of the sites (per gift card) though.
