PayPal Holiday Code?

Hey guys..I remember seeing news about the 2006 PayPal Holiday Code. I believe it was $20 off of any 50 purchase. A rebate if I recall correctly. Anyway, could anyone link me to the rules and restrictions, as well as the actual code?

You had to sign up for it, and unfortunatly, the last day to sign up was yesterday.
