PayPal won't letme print a label b/c confirmed addy doesn't match USPS addy?

This is ing stupid.

I sold a game, guy sends payment with a confirmed address. But when I go to print the label, PayPal says that it doesn't match the USPS records and that I should contact him about it.

But then when I try the suggested address, they say I have to use the provided address for seller protection.

How ing stupid can PayPal get?

Is there any way around this?

The only way I've found passed it is to use multiorder shipping.
