You're right. I didn't check that section carefully and did miss it, I'm going to remove that from the description. From what I read on AMD forums and people on CAG, the code giving away were glitched, people from US getting codes that only work in US and the other way around, that hasn't been fixed yet and the only way to use those codes is using proxy or let other people do it for you. Ubisoft never cared about this though, there was a discount code exploit last year, it was for a different country each day, but people just used proxies and ubisoft sent them free games without a question.

Not sure if this is an appropriate place to post this. If it is inappropriate, mod please delete.

Liquidating a few items for a friend and cannot carry a balance larger than $200 on Steam Wallet so I need to move some to Paypal so I can continue selling items.

If anyone is looking to make a purchase, I can consider an appropriate discount so I can move funds to Paypal.

1:1 would be awesome but not expected. I will have roughly ~$450 in Steam Wallet funds so plenty to spare.
