PC Games?

Okay, so here's the deal. I'm not really sure if it's legal to sell used PC games online. I'm a bit PC illiterate and have no idea how to run them without the cd. If it's legal to sell them, I want to. Here's what I've got

Sims: original, livin large, house party, hot date, vacation, unleashed, and makin magic
Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines
Neverwinter Nights w/ both expansion packs
Morrowind
Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura
Balders Gate I&II both with expansions
Medieval Total War
Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy
X-Wing, Tie Fighter, X-Wing v. Tiefighter
Rogue Squadron
Diablo II
Subcommand

I'd prefer to sell all together but will consider splitting up. Again, I'll ONLY sell these if it's legal. I don't want to do anything immoral. The games will of course come with the key codes and all the instruction booklets that I have.
 
Wrong forum and why does this sound ultra fishy? Like what pc literate person NEEDS to know how to run a game without the CD? Yes it can be convient but it does bypass copy protection.

I think he meant that as a reassurance that he isn't just installing games then selling them while still playing them.

Wouldn't that mean his is at least partly computer literate?;)
