PC Gaming Chair & Desk

Hello all.

I want to finally upgrade my desk and chair. Using a generic computer chair and a cheap desk from IKEA now.

Can anyone offer any recommendations? I have no idea where to start.

What is everyone here using?

At my last two houses I've taken little inlets/closets and built a desk into them. Currently have a countertop built into a shallow closet. I've always enjoyed doing it this way as I can easily set the height of the desk to be right where I want it (in most cases exactly level with the arms of my chair).

As for my chair, I'm just using a regular leather executive chair.

Comfortable, but you have to like a firm chair.

and my desk the same as SEH. Just a piece of wood painted black tucked into an inlet.
