PC Modern Warfare 2 Map Packs 50% off on Steam - Thru Oct 11th

Once I get some paypal, I'm in for this! Thanks OP! Since I picked up MW2 for $20 off Craigslist, I've been waiting for a good deal on the mappacks since I didn't want to pay more for the DLC than I did the game. :p

I'm debating either getting the DLC at 50% off or saving up for Black Ops. I'm leaning towards Black Ops since the DLC should have been free like MW.

You don't have to buy anything in the Mann Co. store.

If you want to play with most of the community on MW2 you have to shell out the 30 dollars for the map packs. Which is fucking ridiculous. You don't have the map packs? fuck you, leave this game.......peon.

But you can earn a huge majority of that stuff by playing the game and don't forget the insane amounts of free content they've released in the past 3 years.

But I do think some of that stuff in the Mann Co. store is overpriced.

Anyway, I don't think I'll ever buy a CoD game or their stupid map packs. I usually rent them, play the SP and then send it back for the next big fall release.
