PC monitor deals?

Looking to get my dad a monitor for his B-day and just seeing if there are any good deals out there that anyone knows about?

The type really doesn't matter but if I could find a good 21in flat screen and a good price I would take it but if a 19in regular is a better price then I would go for that too.

I don't know much about monitors themselves so I am just looking for some suggestions.

If its steep then narrow it down for us a bit.

Also, dont think you ll see a 21" anything much under $400. Well, new and of quality.
