I have no idea how to get Savior or Daredevil. If anyone else does, please share.
For Daredevil i think you need to enter woods from far left(bottom entrance) and exit from far right without being hit...(without using 'Potion' item...)

Just tried and can verify this is correct.

Thanks.

Now to figure out how to get Savior...

EDIT: You can also get Daredevil by going from far right to far left. Just pick a far exit and get to the other far exit without being hit.

Finished up Gunpoint, not sure how many of you even have this one but here's a mini guide:

  • Gunpoint - unlock Case Filed - £0.10
Most time consuming one, requires you to beat the game, took me around 4 hours to complete.

  • Gunpoint - unlock Perfect Gentleman - £0.25
Very easy if you create your own level. Just build a simple room with a door on each side and the objective in the middle. Put a guard on the roof then play the level. Run through the door, grab objective, run to exit. Done. Credit to toddhunter on NeoGaf for that one.

  • Gunpoint - unlock Crossfire - £0.50
Easy as well, you'll need to buy "longshot" skill as soon as you have funds and are able. Then just follow this vvideo:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8DtfuKJ3sFs

If rewards go up for a game I already have the achievements for, will it automatically detect them on my account or do I need to run the game?

If you got the achievements before they added rewards they won't count it period.
Except sometimes when that's not true for weird reasons.

If you've never run a game while you've had your Playfire account sometimes when you boot it Playfire will pop all the achievements you have for your Playfire profile and it will count it as rewards. That happened to me a few days ago with Gunpoint when I went back in to get the .50p achievement.

I don't really know the exact way to replicate that, but once in awhile I get credited for rewards achievments I unlocked a long time prior.

Three Dead Zed - was in bundles, hopefully we get keys in time :)

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning is Origin game, right? Odd it has Steam Achievements.

Three of the Spelunky achievements are fairly easy:

- Play the game for the first time: (.10) duh! Easy.

- Mine Shafted: (.10) Make it through the first four levels and into the Jungle. Just focus on getting to the door -- don't screw around trying to reach treasure, avoid enemies when possible, and it might take 5 minutes tops. Easy.

- Her Favorite: (.25) Gain enough favor from Kali. Easy.
Sacrifice two living damsels on Kali's altar. In other words: pick up the girl and place her (living) on an altar. Any alternate humanoid creature will work -- dead or alive -- but it will take quite a few because living Damsels have very high points

- Public Enemy: (.50) Kill 12 Shopkeepers. Hard.
They are friendly unless provoked; and from then on, every single shop keeper you encounter in the game will be out for blood... YOURS! Yeah, good luck with that. Not only are they the fastest and most spastic enemies in the game, but hey wield shotguns. It's not going to happen without a lot of practice and a visit to the Black Market.

Rhythm Destruction Guide time!

Rhythm Destruction - unlock Well That Was a Freebie - £0.10

On the main menu after the tutorial, click the Curious Panda logo on the bottom-right corner, then click through the credits. Real easy.

Rhythm Destruction - unlock Silent But Deadly - £0.25

Go to Options, then Audio, and turn down all the volume options to 0. Then pass any stage. Also relatively simple. I recommend doing this on the first stage - Supremacy.

Rhythm Destruction - unlock Unstoppable - £0.50

You not only have to pass 10 stages in a row, but you can't die on any of them. This one's a challenge. I'm not quite sure if this can be earned on Casual mode or not. Can anyone confirm?

Just talked to the devs, who've been surprisingly active on the forum, and he says Rhythm Destruction achievements cannot be unlocked in casual mode.

how early in advance do we need to play before PlayFire 'registers' our achievements?

i've played games which have less than 24hrs before the rewards expire and those do not seem to 'register' :(

You should generally get the rewards 24+ hours before the timer runs out on them because Playfire usually scans your profile once a day.

You can earn them later, but you'll probably have to send a ticket for them.

It differs. I've had rewards track that I've only earned a few hours before they expire, and not have rewards track that I earned well before time ran out.

It's really a crapshoot and hoping you get lucky, though you'll have a better chance of getting them to track if you get them early.

Yes, and that makes it a pretty crappy achievement for a timed reward. One of the best places to look is at the very beginning of Caustic Caverns -- a chubby Varkid sometimes spawns there. I also got on a pretty hot streak with them on the first Headhunter pack. Gearbox can manipulate the appearance rate through hotfixes, so it's kinda up to them how 'rare' it is for a chubby to spawn.

Very easy if you have completed the game. Hopefully i have save saved somewhere :)
This was actually pretty early on game and I had deleted the save. (6th mission)

You can use this: 14 (m06) Miller-Space - Ghost in the Machine - 16

Edit: Tried and it's actually previous one, "13 (m05) Ghost in the Machine - Ghost in the Machine - 15"

For Surgeon Simulator 2013:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ymyim11v_A4

Socialised Medicine! - 4:18

Doctor Doctor, Give Me The News - 43:28

Go For The Optics! - 44:55

Meh, passed on BL2 because it wasn't low enough for my tastes. Kinda regretting it now.

The others were either too expensive, destined for a Humble Bundle, or getting a re-release with all the DLC (SRIV, Payday 2).

I think the only one I have is Surgeon Simulator.

/facepalm

I just earlier today idled for the Gone Home cards...and then while kind of doing the same for Surgeon Simulator I tried picking up the phone out of boredom. Curse you inconvenient Playfire timing!

Playfire is teaching us to only play games when they say so. And never, ever, ever, idle for cards unless you come across a highly valued set.

On the plus side I've knocked some games off of my backlog after getting into them for the rewards.

Totally agree, but I had been putting together sets for badges to get/sell Summer Cards. Had to unfortunately reset my password this morning, however, so I'm locked out of trading/buying the cards I'd still need after idling until Sunday ;_;

Sure wish GMG would get a Witcher 3 preorder up. They keep putting up preorders for shit like Dead Rising 3 and Dragon Age: Otherkin but they deny me my potato.

I assume this still works(?): an easy way to [boner reference redacted] farm chubby's was to enter four player mode (step on one of the platforms with the lever near a raidboss in the pirates DLC) and head on over to Caustic Caverns/Tundra Express[Farmhouse] and let the varkids evolve. I'd see something upwards to 2-3 a run* if I remember correctly.

Obviously this strategy is a bit more involved if you don't have access to the bosses, but it may be more of a surefire way to see one (outside that first HH pack that I've heard about but never bought).

*A run was farm one area, teleport to the other, reload game. Took 15-20 minutes I think.

I had no idea a "chubby" was a thing, but that sounds decidedly similar to to farming the J3NK1ns loot-bot in the Wildlife Exploitation area.

Nice, have most of them and even held off on idling cards for castle crashers. If bastion wins the community vote the rewards will pay for most of it. Probably the same for many of them since these are on sale pretty cheap.

  • Awesomenauts - unlock Riding my robotic steed - £0.25
Get first blood. Easy in practice mode against AI.

  • Awesomenauts - unlock Thunder, thunder, thunder! 1 - £0.50
Probably easiest in 3 vs 3 multiplayer. I think it would require 6 doers for ach, Teams kill each other until everyone has then switch sides. Any doers? :D

Yesterday I sent GMG a twitter message asking if they could include BattleBlock Theater and Castle Crashers. They said they would consider it, and today both are featured in the rewards. Those guys are epic.

It's a pity I already have all the Bastion rewards. How many times has Awesomenauts been featured now? :D

If you manage to get enough people, count me in.

That seems like it would take longer to get together than it'd take you to kill AIs. It only took me 2 plays to get all three of the achievements. Thunder, Thunder, Thunder and croaked by a toad on the first, and riding my robotic stead on the second.

I started playing this last night and unlocked Black Marketeer before seeing that there were rewards. I guess it was after the rewards started, though, as I got both rewards.

I think I played World of Goo DRM-free :D

Was tracked probably two hours before rewards started :(

There went my 0.1£, lol.
