I let a bunch of them go by without even trying for them, just because a handful of dimes in credit that doesn't stack with coupons was not tempting enough to sway me from an activity I actually wanted to do.

Wow. Scribblenauts Unmasked rewards are really easy to get.

  • Scribblenauts Unmasked: A DC Comics Adventure - unlock All In a Day's Work - £0.10
Summon a Batmobile. Assign it the adjective dirty. Summon Alfred.

  • Scribblenauts Unmasked: A DC Comics Adventure - unlock Assassin in Disguise - £0.10
Complete Batman Vs. Ra's Al Ghul.

  • Scribblenauts Unmasked: A DC Comics Adventure - unlock Not Your Normal Batman - £0.10
Summon another Batman in Gotham. (the first level). I summoned Batman Beyond.

  • Scribblenauts Unmasked: A DC Comics Adventure - unlock Who's Laughing Now? - £0.10
Finish the Batman Vs. Joker level (First level)

  • Scribblenauts Unmasked: A DC Comics Adventure - unlock The More You Know... - £0.10
Use the Bat-puter to search a DC comics item/character.

  • Scribblenauts Unmasked: A DC Comics Adventure - unlock Meet Bruce Wayne - £0.50
After you complete the first level, the map and the ability to teleport open up. At the bottom of this screen are purchasable origin stories for the main DC characters. As soon as you get 1500 Rep, buy the Batman one and complete it.

Save for the Batman Vs. Ra's Al Ghul reward, just about all of these can be picked up in about 10-15 minutes.
All I'm seeing are a bunch of check boxes. Maybe I'm doing it wrong.

I'm not sure if anyone is trying to get the big .50 reward in Injustice: Gods Among Us, but if so, you may want this information:

If you change your default buttons at all, I:GAU has an annoying habit of not translating them to the QTE mini-games. You have to switch everything back to default for those or you'll be button mashing in futility. (Xbox 360 controller here)

It's a known issue on the SPUF forums, but it's very frustrating if you aren't aware.

Shame to see all of these, play for a first time, and little to nothing else in the rewards. Can't be bothered for a couple of dimes when I can't combine them with coupons.

Most TrueCAGs should have most of these though. That's $1.70, which is better than the recent "New Releases PFTFT" rewards we've been getting. The only pain is downloading and idling/playing them for 20-30 minutes.

That'll usually get you a cheap game for free in the next sale.

I launched a bunch of the "play first time" games yesterday, and most of the F2P ones hadn't registered when I checked a few hours later. Just checked again (~20 hours later) and they have registered now.

I don't know what you nerds are going on about. I ran Dark Blood and Velvet Sundown for like 30 seconds each and they already tracked. Hell, I've run games for a few seconds before and had them track.

You don't have to run them for any amount of time. 1 second or 10 hours. Your choice. If it's gonna decide not to track, how long you've played it makes no difference.

no first time play for star trek or ace lol this is sad aint got time for gaming

It's official guys...i'm hanging up my Playfire towel....not enough good rewards (way too many play first time for games I  rarely have). The not being able to use credit with percent off coupons is a deal killer as well. I got 2 games from my credit but it just doesn't seem worth it anymore. Enjoy the fun though guys....

da fuq, y u buyin games dat will get bundled
PF spondoolicks, gotta buy something with them and I will definitely play Crash Time 3

I own the other two, I'm just suggesting good cheap games that'd be worth using PF rewards on.

New rewards:

Of note, the "Stercus Accidit" achievement for Sine Mora simply requires you to fail the prologue. Imagine my surprise when I already had it. :nottalking:

(It's also not a bad game, and Rolling Skull will hate you if you play it - double win!)

There are just a few hours left on the .20 of rewards for Galactic Arms Race.

GAR is kind of fun, if a little ordinary so far. It's an overhead-ish free-roaming shooter with collectibles and upgrades. I haven't seen anything about it that truly stands out, though I did just spend 40 minutes in the first area.

The achievement is very easy -- fire 1,000 shots. Just hold down the fire button (or place a book on it... whatever).

You have to upgrade your weapon to an uncommon weapon first for it to count. I learned this the hard way. =/

1,000...2,000... who's counting? ;)

I guess I did that in the course of playing the first level and didn't notice. It looks like most of the achievements in the game are similarly grindy.

Those Anna achievements look very achievable. I'll be playing in a well-lit room with strategically-placed cushions, since you asked.

I bet it's not even scary.

So this probably has already been asked but I didnt find it, sorry if I'm repeating this question.

Say I unlocked the achievements for the rewards a long time before the rewards themselves were available, is there a way to get the reward anyways? Anything specific I need to do to get playfire to "check"?

Nope, you're outta luck. It has to be done in the window the reward is open for.

Well there is a way to un-get and re-get an achievement but I really don't recommend it for Playfire purposes. And if you do do it whatever you do don't talk about it here or someone will tell on you.

Sometimes they'll unlock the reward for you if PlayFire has no record of you ever playing the game. It's hit or miss, but doesn't take long to try (just start the game up and see if it tracks).

There's a no spoiler walkthrough here for Anna which includes how to get each achievement.  You can get both by the 3rd area which is pretty quickly.  Be sure to save before you go for "Well, it's pretty late" to avoid having to start all over again.
