The rest of the ad can be found on BigLots.com but this is really the only video game related item I saw in the ad.

Here's more info on TigerDirect.com which quotes the regular price at $179 but the sale price being $99. Looks to be a pretty solid guitar overall. Too bad they didn't do one for the 360 but oh well.

Hope someone finds this useful.

6/12 9:50 PM CST Edit: Edit: I was at Big Lots today and found out that $59 is the regular every day price. Still a good deal for this guitar. Apparently from the worker I talked to they only got six in so if you are looking to get one you could get one prior to Sunday. He expects that they will sell out of this due to the price. At the location I visited they still haven't put them out on the floor so you might have to ask a worker to get one.

I got mine from CC before they went out of business because of a sign mix up it was like 75% off. Anyways the guitar is very nice the only problem I ever have with it is the strum bar is kinda squeaky and the buttons are too similar to Rock Band (I've played GH since the first one came out so I'm used to the circular buttons). Other then that its a solid for not a bad price, and its cool cause its full sized.

I have a question for anyone with this guitar: Does the strum bar have the GH click, or is it all mushy like the RB strum bar?

As people said GH click but I tried 3 and they all have a squeak after you play them for a while so they need to be broken in as someone mentioned. I know the click might be distracting but the squeak is terrible.

Has anyone seen these in a NE Big Lots? I've checked a couple times but it looks like they never got them... it wasn't even shown in last week's ad for this region.

What's wrong with Big Lots... I've scored so many great DVD deals there over the past year it's become one of my favorite stores... The ones I go to are well kept.
It could be worse. You could go into K-Mart.
Amen! Give me a half decent Big Lots over a K-Mart any day of the week. The K-Marts here (Columbus) are all dingy, unbearably hot, and never have anyone in check out. Oh yeah, I never seem to get good clearance stuff from them either, must be others who beat me to the punch.

Of course, the Big Lots stores around here are hit and miss but there are some fairly nice ones to be had (Polaris, Sawmill Rd).

I bought one of these at a Half Price Books for like $50 a few weeks back. (It was new too!) The fret buttons are much wider apart than the normal Rock Band guitar so I really had to stretch my fingers out, but other than that I thought it was a pretty great guitar and even preferred it over the stock ones.

I concur. I love Big Lots. Especially the international foods aisle...
