i ordered a dvd with my pepsi points and haven't recieved it yet.Who do i call and how long should i wait to call.I ordered on the 8th of may and haven't recived a shipping email

They are probably out of stock or backordered for it. When they ship it out when they get it in stock they should sent you a notification.
 
if u check the thread in contest & freebies theres a thread dealing w/ pepsistuff. If u search there's a link that brings you to all your order history and its status with tracking order and expected mailing date. Sorry don't have the link at hand

I've been tracking the thread but must have missed that link. I'd like to see the status of my orders too.
