Persona 3 at B&M

I see this at literally every store I go into that carried it originally. Kmart, Sears and Gamestop, they all seem to have copies locally.

I bought a copy for myself today. I can't decide if I should open it and play it, keep it sealed for the collection, or sell it on eBay. Hmmm... what to do, what to do...
