***Phone on eBay***

This guy on eBay bought my Camera phone via Buy It Now! for $75 plus $7 shipping. Though it says clearly that I ship to U.S. only, he lives in the Netherlands and bought it anyhow. Also, to make matters worse he has 0 feedback. I will wait the rest of the day for his payment through PayPal and if I dont get it I am going to let it go on here. I would sell it for the Buy It Now! price, but with free shipping.

Does anyone know if there is any way that I can refuse his offer and relist my item for free, or can I only do relist and pay the listing fees again? If so, does that mean he can buy it again?

I wish this worked with Cingular

As far as I know you can decline his offer and if I'm thinking correctly, you can block a user that has bid on an item of your and not paid within 60 days or something along those lines - drop a thread in the Ebay forum and they'll help you out.

You can block bidders from countries you do not ship to. There is a checkbox on the payment and details page. You check that you will ship to US only, then check the box that says something like "Block bidders from countries I do not ship to"

I used to have this problem too, the checkbox is the answer.
