I think it was priced wrong because when I asked for it, the girl rang it up as $49.99 but I pointed out that they have it tagged a $39.99. When I told her this, she got all confused but charged me $40 for it anyways.
My guess is that I was also the first to buy that game there since they had the same price tag since Wednesday or else they would of changed the price back sooner. And there were the same amount of copies.
