Places you'd rather go than Circuit City?

none? With their gamer's card, clearance, and free gift card deal I dont need to go anywhere else.

You'd rather go to all those terrible places than a place where you can buy stuff (often fairly cheap)? Yeah, their CS sucks, but c'mon. You don't really want to go to the Ebola Store.
It's just so hard to get them to honor the deals that are even in their circular. I'm done with them.
just call the corporate number when you get denied.

Agreed, CC is the only store to consistently have good deals on both new and used games that you can actually take advantage of.

Sure their CS sucks in general but which store's doesn't? Some will say BB or TRU is better, etc. but the quality of the store depends on the individuals working not- not because their company policy is to be an ass. The CC back home is great though- plenty of people working there, including some friends of mine.

On a hunting trip with Dick Cheney
In an elevator with Rosie O'Donnel after a big lunch at Taco Bell

all in one. My local CC is great. Love the price match at CC with BB. That's how I buy HD-DVDs for only $9/each

I love Circuit City. They have awesome deals especially on clearance items. I do better with clearance deals there than any other store, mostly because the games are always tagged full price.

I like to buy my games on eBay if they don't have any sales anywhere else. Ebay because you get positive feedback, in return you look more cool with gold stars:)

If not eBay, then I just wait till "black friday"

Yeah you can always find clearance there but its still priced at 16.96, for clearance Im a Kmart/Sears kinda guy.

That plus the fact they wouldn't match their website and do the 50% off HD-DVDs...why the fuck not its their damn website.

Me too. My CC seems to always be cleaned out, but at my Kmart/Sears I find many clearance deals.

title: CC tires to install a navagation system, and ruined the whole car
http://consumerist.com/373753/

And my personal story.
Back when I first got my car, I had enough saved to buy a little system to put in ( subs, new speakers, 2 amps and a headunit) I got a good deal for all the stuff so I decided to buy it at CC and have them install it.

It took them 2 days longer then they expected (dont know why, maybe backed up on other cars), the sub woofer box was built crappy(holes, which wasnt good air pressure), when I rolled my windows down ,the speakers they put in scratched my tint off when I rolled them back up, used wrong wire size for my amp (under watts) Some other small things not worth bugging about, it was just the fact that they advertise this stuff to do and do it so crappy.

I know I know, why CC! I was young didn't properly know how to do it myself (now I do), got a good deal, my dad was helping me out and thought it would be best to go to them.
