Planet of the Apes: 40-Year Evolution (5 movies) $40.49 Amazon

I got this set for myself for Christmas and it looks pretty awesome. Haven't looked through the book but saw an unboxing for it and it looks quite nice.

I paid around this price for it from Fox connect or whatever it's called. Great price for all of the movies included
 
Great price, we might see another price drop/sale when the new movie comes out.

Does anybody else think, the new movie is stupid? I just saw the trailer and have not researched it but is this movie some kind "this is how it happened" kind of deal?
 
Yeah it does look better than the 2001 movie. I always enjoy a good origins story, which is why I probably liked Conquest more than other people. I didn't know it was a planet of the apes trailer when I saw it yesterday but I was hoping based on what was shown. I still don't expect it to be all that good, but I still want to see it.
