Planning to upgrade to iPhone4S but .......

I am planning to upgrade to iphone4S but at the end of my upgrade , it asked me to check a box for a two years contract (at&t). I am currently one year into my contract. So does that mean I have to agree to a new two year contract?

Yeah, like pretty much all carriers= new phone/upgraded phones means a new contract.

Also, you might want to check about your upgrade elligibility. If you are only half-way through your current contract, then you shouldn't be elligible for upgrade pricing on the new phones and will have to pay the full amounts.
