The Scoop: There’re zombies on your lawn, and the only thing standing between them and your brain is an arsenal of plants!

The Setup: PopCap’s Plants vs Zombies is a bizarre, cutesy tower defense game, in which the player places various types of whimsical plants around your home in order to stop a horde of zombies from attacking. Each plant (and zombie alike) has its own strength and weakness. It’s up to the player to develop their defense strategy to take out the zombies before they take out your plants.

Throwing my recommendation out here for this game. It's a great game to buy for your laptop when your on a road trip/vacation, or even for your home desktop.

Also, I never thought about an iphone version, but that would be sick.
 
My daughter and I (3-1/2 yrs.) play this all the time! She loves the flowers and zombies and actually is trying to play herself!
