Play and charge question

Is it okay to leave my play and charge kit plugged into my controller and charge it overnight? Can you leave it charging for too long?

And also should I only charge it when its about to die, or is it okay to charge it when its like half full?

Does any of this even matter?

If you turn the console off it will automatically charge and turn off when done.
You can charge whenever

Although you cannot start charging with the console off.

can't you use your usb ports on your PC too?

I find that the batteries actually drain after they're recharged if you leave the controller plugged in after it gets fully charged. If I keep an eye on it and unplug it after the light on the controller end of the cable turns off, I can unplug everything and have a controller that's charged enough to last weeks.

You can use the pc but i think its slower...dont quote me on that though
