From my understanding yes. Using the .99 cent cd I went ahead and ordered. I've been meaning to get GT6 anyway. Can't use the DLC code on my US account though, so I guess I'll have to dust off my japanese psn account again.

Is the full game or is it just the regular GT6 with code? Because if it's the latter, you might have to get a HK PSN account, rather easy.
