Just in case anyone's interested, it would seem One Piece Grand Battle 3 for GameCube has dropped tremendously in price over at Play-Asia. I guess they must be trying to get rid of extra inventory considering they were charging $59.90 for the darn game before.

The game's been rated favorably by OP fans, and it doesn't have any of the awful 4Kids voice acting either. :p I do know that it goes abit further than the US-only game, Grand Adventure, did and enters the Skypiea arc completely and includes a few characters that weren't included in previous installments.

Worth a grab. Just remember that it's for Japanese region GameCubes, so it won't work on a US/PAL Cube unless you have a FreeLoader, a modded GameCube or a Japanese one.

No problem. :) Moment I saw it, I nearly shat a brick and bought it right on the spot. I've had a hard time trying to get the game at this price. The lowest I've seen it before was at this price, used and for the PS2. Didn't even come with the box.
 
Yes, it did. Unfortunately, Rush was mutilated when brought over to the States (which became Grand Battle). GB didn't have the features from later One Piece, such as Skypiea and the Davy Back Fight arcs and nearly all references to such were removed.

But for $20, you really can't go wrong, considering all the other games are going for $60.
