[img-r=94]3823[/img-r]Reports are that Play.com will be having another Mega Monday sale with some big reductions on new releases like Prince of Persia and Tomb Raider Underworld. Prices should be going live on Monday morning, if something is out of stock try checking again a few hours later.

Quite insane. Spanking new, nicely reviewed game goes dumping price within two weeks. At least there IS something to love about the recession.
 
A free month of WAR and PURE for a tenner each...
If only these offers came earlier I would have snapped them up. Need to buy some presents for others instead of myself now :applause: :cry:

Yeah it has been pissing me off forever. Normally I steer clear of play.com, because of this, but when they once in a while have a great deal i buy from them. But the Eurothingie keeps me buying at www.thehut.com or www.blahdvd.com etc.

I don't want to buy in Euros. The danish kroner is bound to the Euro, so I won't be able to "speculate". Sounds lame but the exchange rate for dollars and pounds are actually a determining factor to where I buy from day to day.

So, Tomb Raider: Underworld sold out but Prince of Persia didn't. Where's the justice?

this said, my PoP bargain order on play.com (placed yesterday evening) is in "waiting for restock" status
