The site is officially dead, as it is no longer online.

I would occassionally come back every now and again trying to use my $40 gamebucks. I even bought a couple of trade requests shortly after people stopped bothering with it in a vain attempt to get someone to agree to one last trade request. My last visit was either last night or the night before to offer $40, all my remaining bucks, for someone's 360 game that I can't remember the name of now.

It was a pretty problematic operation from the very beginning, but I was hoping it would last long enough to not evaporate with some of my investment.

So who else had money in the site that they will now never see again?

Despite everyone telling me otherwise, I put $2 or $3 into sayswap and never saw anything come of it. Not quite the same as you, but... still pointless.

They give you $20 free (or gave rather) and I had traded some useless old PC games on there, so I guess it's no big loss.

I'm definately not dealing with anymore middlemen in my game trading though.
