Playing Battlefront 2 on my 360

When I try and log into XBL to play Battlefront 2 online, it tells me I can't play online until I retrieve a message. I select the "OK" button that should in theory bring me to the message. It instead brings me to my account information page on my 360 dashboard and no message pops up. Thanks to the person who has the answer.

The message is in regards to the account, see if it's expired or expiring soon.

It's expiring in November. Says "member since 11/05, expires 11/06, gold member, etc..". Any other ideas or thoughts?
