Even if it's white, the new PS3 design is so ugly. The fact that it's even louder when spinning a disc than the old-slim is just crazy. Shouldn't Sony be lowering the price of PS3 since we're apparently on the cusp of true next-gen announcements?

All the 500gbs seem to have the $300 price point, probably because of the 1-year PS+ membership included. Extra gigs, shininess factor, and the "bonus" PS+ seems to have made the price of these ones go higher. It just doesn't seem worth it to me.

This slim cannot be any uglier, it looks like a knockoff of the PS3 except you find out that it's not.
