Sony is proving that the PS3 still has a lot of life left. That is the one advantage to Sony. They never let their home consoles rot when the next generation comes out, they give them a proper exit.

This is true. From what I understand, Microsoft dropped Xbox support like a cheap coffin when the 360 came out.

Nintendo is guilty of the same thing on their consoles for the most part. (and I'm a Nintendo fanboy)

seems like they will be supporting 360/ps3 long after ps4.x1 is out which is good which was not the case for xbox to 360
