Playstation Rewards program is back!

That TIV plumited, I locked in my MLB 11 trade yesterday or monday @ $37.00. I figured I would at least attempt it at that value, worth a shot.

Yeah, I saw the $37 but just didn't think it'd drop that far in under a day. It was $31 for a few days prior before jumping to $37. I assumed (not knowing what causes the variance in Amazon's values) the trend would hold. I'm really, really disappointed I didn't just lock it in yesterday.

I traded in my Red Faction Guerilla with a slashed barcode last month and Amazon accepted it. I got RF:G for free during that Darksiders promo last year.

I'm not sure how the barcodes are slashed for these games (MLB The Show 2011 and Motorstorm) but RF:G had a vertical slash along the middle of the barcode.

So I wasn't the only one, huh? I was planning on replacing a smashed up Portal 2 case that was delivered from Amazon, and this happens.
Games are fine though, but I'm afraid the cases might tear into my other cases. Regardless, I asked my mother what it might be and she said it looks like something burned right into the case, and I agree with her. You can take the cover out of the Motorstorm case, but the MLB 2011 case is impossible to remove without it tearing where the "cut" is.
So is this what you guys have as well?(Sorry about the blurriness, an iPod Touch is the best I can do)


 
Wow that looks excessive! Definitely going to be exchanging these out at gamestop, whether or not I keep them!

I think that's just for this party month. I've been in this since April and even participated in the April polls and it says that on mine.

It's totally true, though. I joined when this thread popped up and it says May 10th on my thing right now. I'm just really hoping I get those games tomorrow.
 
Another report of someone getting the games, but received no email. I'm starting to get excited that my package may be coming. They probably only have a few people packing the games each day, so it may be another few days to know who is or isn't getting them.
 
Hopefully I don't hear about people getting the email (me) and not getting a package. lol. I don't want to be in that topic. Hope Motorstorm is cool. It sure looks it.
 
Just a suggestion, but if you've received your games, could you include the state when posting it? That might help others looking on waiting for their titles. FWIW: no games yet in Florida.

Got mine for those wondering its coming from "St Louis. MO"

My information:

  • Had 990 points
  • Got the email
  • Came via Fedex
  • MLB's barcode looks like this tread, Motorstorm is undamaged

Got both today in Ohio. The grinding on the Motrostrom barcode was not too bad, but they almost went through the whole case on MLB.

well i got it from fedex live in MI my points was max and i did get the email

o and my motor game got a big cut on top of the case and on the barcode thy going lil crazy with that you can still sell the games i dont get it
 
Utah - Mine just arrived via FedEx (and I had previously received the email).

Grinded through both barcodes. Wish the cases didn't have to be damaged, but I understand. Still, pretty awesome of them to do this!

Utah is getting close to Cali, anyone in the state get theirs yet? Would have liked to get the games today, as it's my day off, but I can wait to play, I suppose.

I got mine today, but the other house partier in my area didnt. Strange indeed.

I wish they'd just take a black sharpie to the barcode. I like having cases to not be destroyed. :( At any rate, breaking out some Motorstorm tonight!


You guys probably didnt get activated until today, they should have given a start date in your acceptance email.

I'm in Los Angeles, got mine this morning. UPC's were intact on both. I had over 700 and got the email.
