What do you mean regarding the Zen problem? Only one headphone will play when plugged in? You're sure it's the MP3 player, not a particular set of headphones?

DUDE wtf did you not read the whole thing WOW, I tried like 4 new pairs and nothing and YES I am sure the Mp3 player is the problem because that's the most comon problem with that mp3. If you are a electrician you can fix if like that because the Headjack part that is soldered onto the board in the mp3 is lose so it needs to be resoldered I might get this done actually in a while if no one wants to buy it.
 
No MP3 player can be sold with MP3's preloaded, unless the original purchased CD's (not burned copies) are included.

Selling a MP3 player with MP3's pre-loaded is a bannable offense and will be dealt with seriously.
