Please Help! Question for those in retail, or anyone that knows

I got 2 copies of the same DVD for Christmas, and I want to take one back. I have the receipt for one of them, which was purchased at Best Buy. Now, this normally wouldn't be a problem, but I noticed that the barcodes on the back of the boxes are slightly different and I'm not sure which DVD was purchased at Best Buy. The 12-digit number is the same for both, but theres also a 2-digit number to the right of it. One of them is coded for 00, and the other is 50.

Would there be a problem if I took the wrong one back? Does Best Buy's system recognize these extra 2 digits, or is it just nothing? I guess I'll just take one back and see what happens, but now I'm really curious about these extra 2 digits. Anyone have any idea what I'm talking about? Any help would be appreciated.
 
Do either of them have a barcode sticker stuck over the one thats actualy on the case? If it does, thats the one from Best Buy most likely.
