charge them an outrageous price for shipping, i thought i was getting scammed with some stuff i sold to buyers from out of country, ijust added a huge shipping fee, and they still bought it, the money was legit. i hope you get this straightened out bro.
 
He offered me 300.00 to overnight it to Nigeria. Ebay has been pretty cool so far, just waiting for their email back to me so I can do the unpaid item dispute thing.

your getting scammed if its coming from Nigeria. They tried to do the same BS to me when I was selling a psp bundle. Fake paypal email confirmation and fake story. Their just insulting peoples intelligence.

What I do on eBay is block users that are in countries that I don't ship to. It's crazy that scams are so common, but you got to look out for yourself.
 
It's taken care of as of now. I have the Final Value Fees refunded and everything and he's no longer a registered user.. Now I just need to relist it tonight. Thanks for all the support. Really sucks when you think you've sold something then that shit happens.
