My girlfriend has started playing games and she really seems to enjoy the point and click games. She has been playing Syberia on Xbox and really likes it. Please help me compile a list of this type of game for any platform.

I'll go ahead and start it. Thanks in advance for any help with this.

List:
Syberia (PC & Xbox)
Sam and Max (PC)
Myst
Still Life
Syberia 2
Dreamfall The Longest Journey
Sam and Max Hit the Road
Monkey Island 1
Monkey Island 2
Curse of Monkey ISland

Does she play PC games alot? If she does then there's more than enough available in even just the jewel case value section to keep her busy for abit (too many to list even). As far as xbox versions go look into Broken Sword: The Sleeping Dragon as it may be one of the best available on that platform, even though it's not simply just poin and click. Myst 3 and 4 are available for xbox I know as well as Still Life and the obligitory Syberia II. Dreamfall the Longest Journey just came out as well.

Also if you own a PS2 at all I highly recommend Shadow of Destiny. again it's not a truly point & click adventure game and it's got some hokey dialog in some places, but the controls are pretty simple and it maybe the best adventure game released for consoles this generation, at least IMO.

It's interesting that this should come up. There's a thread over at the Penny Arcade forum that's making a list of everyone's favorite adventure games. They may not all be point and click, but 95% of them are.

I just started Indigo Prophecy today thanks to the Circuit City sale. It seems like a point and click adventure.
