Pokemon Black $18 @ Walmart (YMMV?)

I came across Pokemon Black for $18. Pokemon While was still the same price as were all the other Pokemon games. Have no idea what made these special but I picked it up anyways. Proof below

But I'm just going by you saying games are usually priced at $35. However if they were $30, then $18 WOULD be 3/5 the price.

I thought rollbacks and stuff were universal...thought sales were too. I only thought the red-tagged "clearance" or the random markdowns (like when the toss stuff in the bins) was YMMV.
